The second game is known as Single Stat. Single Stat and Fantasy Score MLB Totals
George Springer over 8.5 fantasy points - Springer has a tremendous matchup against Indians' starting pitcher Eli Morgan. Morgan has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .308 BAA with seven home runs in just 19 innings pitched. Springer has been on fire lately as he is hitting .362 with five bombs and 23 combined runs + RBI over his previous 47 at-bats. Lock him in.
Franmil Reyes over .5 Runs + RBI - Reyes will be facing Robbie Ray who has allowed a whopping 19 home runs to right-handed hitters this season. Reyes has been solid over the previous two weeks as he is posting a .993 OPS with five home runs and 18 combined runs + RBI over his previous 45 at-bats.
Anthony Rizzo over 9.0 fantasy points - It is no secret that Rizzo has been hot since joining the Yankees as he has homered in two of his first three games with his new club. He will be facing off against Jorge Lopez of the Orioles who has allowed left-handed hitters to hit for a .278 BAA and allowed a 6.86 ERA with seven home runs. He has also struggled on the road where he has posted a 6.52 ERA with a .310 BAA overall. Rizzo has also been hot aside from joining the Yankees as he has a 1.120 OPS with five home runs and a combined 22 runs + RBI over his previous 47 at-bats.
Avisail Garcia over 7.0 fantasy points - Garcia has been hot lately as he is posting a .915 OPS with one home run and 14 combined runs + RBI over his previous 38 at-bats. He will be facing newly acquired Pirates right-hander Bryse Wilson who has struggled in his limited time in 2021. Against right-handed hitters, Wilson has allowed a .338 BAA, 6.61 ERA, and two home runs across just 16 1/3 innings pitched. The Brewers are currently projected to score nearly 5.5 runs in this game and Garcia should certainly figure into this while hitting in the middle of the order.
