Welcome back to the DFS Patrol. Regular season basketball is officially over which means it's all baseball here on out. In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/27/16. Jake Arrieta (CHC) vs MIL

FanDuel - $12,900 / DraftKings - $13,800

Fresh off a no-hitter, there's no better play for cash games. He's as safe as they come and is a lock for 7+ strikeouts and 6+ innings.

Josh Tomlin (CLE) @ MIN

FanDuel - $8,700 / DraftKings - $8,800

Tomlin has a 1.54 ERA and 10/K K/BB ratio through two starts and the Twins have struggled to this point. With everyone on Jose Berrios today, ownership should be low for tourney purposes.

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Jose Berrios (MIN) vs CLE

FanDuel - N/A / DraftKings - $6,900

The Berrios Era is upon us, and those at DraftKings get to enjoy it first. Berrios dominated at AAA (2-0, 1.06 ERA). While ownership will be high, his strikeout upside and cheap price (for Coors stack purposes) make this a no-brainer.

Steven Wright (BOS) vs ATL

FanDuel - $6,900 / DraftKings - $6,600

Beating a dead horse here, but the Braves have been AAA-esque so far. They haven't hit a home run since April 10th. I don't see that changing versus the knuckleballer. Wright is a heavy favorite in this game and should get the W.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Matt Harvey (NYM) vs CIN

FanDuel - $9,300 / DraftKings - $10,400

I expect Harvey to rebound this year, but I'm not paying this price given the alternatives. His velocity isn't there and the Reds have shown a pulse in the past few days.

Adam Wainwright (STL) @ ARI

FanDuel - $8,100 / DraftKings - $7,900

Featured him here in his last start at San Diego. I feel even worse about this outing in Arizona. Wainwright has nine strikeouts in 22.1 innings so far. While he did show improvements against San Diego, the low strikeout totals make this a fade.
