BALLER MOVE: Add in 15+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 3% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Like Milwaukee Brewers infielder Owen Miller, Kansas City Royals second baseman Michael Massey got off to an atrocious start to the season but really turned things around in May. Through the season's first month, Massey was batting .167 and was a complete afterthought in fantasy. Now, it's time to give the 25-year-old another look, as he's hitting like the player who was once the top prospect in the Royals' farm system.
Michael Massey really turned things around in May after a tough April.
April: 81 PA, .167/.173/.180, 0 HR, SB, 1.2% BB, 38.3% K
May: 85 PA, .319/.412/.548, 4 HR, 2 SB, 10.6% BB, 24.7% K pic.twitter.com/dthsSuwssP

In May, Massey batted .319 with four homers and 12 RBI. His .528 slugging percentage ranked third among all qualified second basemen as he raised his OPS from .342 in April to an absurd .940 in May. We could go on, but the point is clear that an early-season slump is in the rearview mirror, and fantasy managers looking for upside on waivers should take a shot on Massey.
