Sign Up Now!ANALYSIS: Rookie running back Jaylen Wright was a healthy scratch in Week 1, but the fourth-rounder appears set to make his NFL debut with Raheem Mostert (chest) already ruled out for Thursday night’s game.
The former Tennessee Volunteer had an impressive preseason, building on the hype he built during his electric combine performance. The rookie rushed for 1,013 yards and four touchdowns as a junior, dazzling with his speed.
Jeff Wilson or Jaylen Wright?
The truth is no-one really knows how this backfield will play out on TNF if both Mostert & Achane are out
But if I’m taking a shot on anyone, I’ll take the guy who’s equally electric like those 2 guys…

With Mostert out and De'Von Achane (ankle) playing but questionable all week, Wright will see usage in his NFL debut. The question is how much, given that veteran Jeff Wilson Jr. was active over him last week.
Since Achane is playing, it is hard to make the case to start Wright given that he would likely be the RB3 in the rotation.
