DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (3/11/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on March 11, 2018. Justin Bales' NBA DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

What's up, RotoBallers? In case anyone was wondering, it's my birthday! That does not mean I get the day off, though. There are two four game slates today, but this article will be featuring the later slate, which is labeled as the "featured" slate.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/11/18.

These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options, to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. Feel free to stop by the Hoops Chat Room or on Twitter @BalesSJustin, let's get rolling.

DraftKings DFS Guards

D'Angelo Russell - PG/SG, vs PHI ($6,100)

Russell's minutes have been wildly inconsistent recently, but he has been playing at a high level when on the court. In his last three games with 30+ minutes, he has scored 40.75, 39.5, and 45.25 fantasy points. He gets a matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers, who have struggled defensively at times this season. In Russell's only matchup against Philly, he needed only 16.3 minutes to score 37.25 fantasy points. He is expected to see 30+ minutes again tonight, meaning Russell can be considered in all leagues.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - SG/SF, vs CLE ($6,200)

Caldwell-Pope has been locked in big minutes recently, as he is averaging 39.6 minutes per game over his last four games. He has also found quite a bit of success in the extra minutes, as he has scored 30+ fantasy points in seven of his last nine games. He gets a good matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who currently rank 27th in the NBA against shooting guards. Caldwell-Pope continues to come with a reasonable price tag, and he makes a great option in all leagues on this slate.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF/PF, at LAL ($11,600)

Simply put, it is difficult to avoid James, especially on a smaller slate. He has scored 53+ fantasy points in more than 10 consecutive games. He is also averaging 30.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, 9.2 assists, and 1.4 steals (60.2 fantasy points) in 37.4 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He was also able to score 68.5 fantasy points against the Lakers in their only matchup this season. James is not going to come cheap, but he can safely be used in all leagues.

Thaddeus Young - SF/PF, at BOS ($4,900)

Young is in an interesting position tonight. He is only averaging 21.0 fantasy points in his last five games, but he is also averaging 31.4 minutes per game over that span, so his minutes have not changed. In his five games prior to those, he is averaging 34.1 fantasy points per game. He gets a matchup against the Boston Celtics, who rank 25th in the NBA against power forwards. Young comes with an extremely low price tag, and he makes a high upside tournament option.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Julius Randle - PF/C, vs CLE ($7,300)

Randle is another option that has been playing at a high level for Los Angeles. He has scored 30+ fantasy points in each of his last 10 games, while averaging 20.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.0 steal in 31.5 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He also gets a matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who rank 24th in the NBA against power forwards and 23rd in the league against centers. They are also dealing with injuries in their frontcourt, giving Randle an even better matchup than on paper. He can be used in all formats.
