Welcome back to the DFS Patrol. Regular season basketball is officially over which means it's all baseball here on out. In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/20/16. These streamers will range from high-priced / high-ownership options to low-priced / low-ownership options, and will be sleepers and value picks for your cash games and GPPs on DraftKings and FanDuel, and also for seasonal leagues with daily lineups.

There are three early games starting at 12:35 ET followed by a full main slate. The big ace, Chris Sale, goes early which means you'll need to risk lineups in main slates on FanDuel stick to early-only contests. Keep that in mind for fellow pitchers Raisel Iglesias and Garrett Richards.

Madison Bumgarner (SF) vs ARI

FanDuel - $10,800 / DraftKings - $11,400

Bumgarner finally gets to face someone other than Clayton Kershaw.. and it's Zack Greinke. Alas, Bumgarner should see low ownership thanks to the heavy slate and has the potential for 10+ Ks and a win. The only Diamondback to have success off Bumgarner is Paul Goldschmidt, who is off to a rough start.

Chris Archer (TB) @ BOS

FanDuel - $11,000 / DraftKings - $8,500

I was ready to bash Archer for not completing six innings since last August and has a 5.83 ERA in his last nine starts. But $8,500 on DraftKings? I'll take a flier. FanDuel it's a fade for me.

Joe Ross (WAS) @ MIA

FanDuel - $7,500 / DraftKings - $8,100

Everyone's favorite Ross is off to a great start, posting a 0.61 ERA and 10 K in 14.2 innings. His price will be in the $9,000 region in no time. Ownership will be high, so keep that in mind when structuring rosters.

Drew Pomeranz (SD) vs PIT

FanDuel - $6,200 / DraftKings - $6,300

Pomeranz has 15 strikeouts in 11 innings (12.27 K/9) so far and provides excellent value at his current price point. He's my favorite value play of the day.

Bartolo Colon (NYM) @ PHI

FanDuel -  $7,500 / DraftKings $5,500

Big Fat Bartolo doesn't strike out a ton of batters (5.9 K/9) and the Phillies  have held their own versus Colon, but getting a starting pitcher on a Vegas favorite for $5,500 makes him an excellent SP2.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Nathan Eovaldi (NYY) vs OAK

FanDuel - $9,100 / DraftKings - $7,100

Love the strikeouts, hate the control. Another day I may recommend Eovaldi, but not with the alternatives on the board today.

Ross Stripling (LAD) @ ATL

FanDuel - $7,600 / DraftKings - $6,400

Plenty of people are going to see his hot start and the meddling Braves and put two-and-two together, but this time it doesn't equal four. The Braves have scored 6+ runs in three straight games and have hit righties well to this point. Don't fall for the easy bait.
