Welcome back to the DFS Patrol. Regular season basketball is officially over which means it's all baseball here on out. In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/15/16. We've got a fun one today. Madison Bumgarner vs Clayton Kershaw, ronnd two. Chris Sale and Jake Odorizzi battling in Tampa. Dallas Keuchel at home, a place he hasn't lost since July 25, 2014. And there's plenty of value too. Let's get started.

Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays
Clayton Kershaw (LAD) vs SF
FanDuel - $12,800 / DraftKings - $13,700
No shocker here. Kershaw got a no-decision last weekend in eight-innings, with the only run coming from a Bumgarner home run. I expect more of the same dominance at home. Brandon Belt and Hunter Pence are a combined .078 in 90 at-bats versus the lefty. He'll be worth the price tag.
Chris Sale (CHW) @ TB
FanDuel - $12,000 / DraftKings - $12,000
Sale has been every bit as dominant so far, posting a 14/3 K/BB ratio in 14 innings. The Rays are nothing to be scared of, but the Odorizzi matchup does lower his win potential. I'd rather pay for Kershaw or save dough on another ace.
Max’s Value Plays of the Day
Joe Ross (WAS) @ PHI
FanDuel - $7,200 / DraftKings - $7,700
Ross was fantastic in his debut, twirling seven innings of one-run ball versus the Marlins. The Phillies haven't scored more than three runs in four straight games.
Jeff Locke (PIT) vs MIL
FanDuel - $5,800 / DraftKings - $7,100
Locke was excellent in his first start (7 IP, ER) and faces a Brewers team he held in check (6.1 IP, 7 K) in their last matchup. He's a steal on FanDuel, although the opportunity cost given today's slate.
Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball
Dallas Keuchel (HOU) vs DET
FanDuel - $10,900 / DraftKings - $9,400
While Keuchel was dominant at home in 2015 (15-0, 1.46 ERA), he's been erratic to start the year (10 BB in 12.2 innings). The Tigers have held their own versus Keuchel as well (4.01 ERA).
FanDuel - $8,400 / DraftKings $9,200
Tough matchup for Shields with Zack Greinke looking to rebound versus the porous Padres. Shields has a 5.30 ERA lifetime versus the D-backs and is prone to the long ball. Just too pricey given today's options.
Wei-Yin Chen (MIA) vs ATL
FanDuel - $8,000 / DraftKings - $8,200
I know it's fun to pick on the Braves, but not here. Chen was struck in his throwing elbow on Opening Day and hasn't pitched since. There's better options abound.
