Zack Greinke Pitching To More Contact
Zack Greinke is enjoying a solid season heading into the team's series against the Dodgers. Greinke (10-3) has anchored a talented rotation all season long on one of the best teams in the American League. He is posting a 1.16 WHIP and a 3.65 ERA but is pitching to more contact than at anytime during his career. The veteran is posting his lowest K/9 rate (6.68) since 2005 and his highest BB/9 rate (1.93) since 2017. Greinke will try and bounce back when he takes the mound next after allowing four runs through only four innings pitched in his last start on July 31 against the Giants.
