Melvin Gordon III Has A Lower Floor As RB2 Against Patriots
Melvin Gordon III had his best game of the season in Week 4 against the Jets, running the ball 23 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught two of his three targets for 11 yards. The performance was a combination of a great matchup and the fact that Phillip Lindsay (toe) missed his third straight game. The 25-year-old will remain an RB2 on Monday night against the Patriots, but he'll be much more volatile with Lindsay back in the fold while going up against a New England defense that hasn't allowed a running back to go over 72 yards on the ground through four games in 2020.
