Rich Hill Not Likely To Start Tuesday, Return Unknown
Rich Hill does not appear on track to be activated from the injured list to start Tuesday against Milwaukee as he works his way back from a shoulder ailment. Manager Rocco Baldelli noted that Hill is continuing to ramp up for a return, but does not have an update on when he’ll again take the mound. Hill’s lone start thus far in 2020 saw him toss five scoreless innings with a pair of strikeouts, but his inability to stay on the mound has stunted his early success. The Twins have not yet announced a starter, but have shown themselves to be flexible with openers in the early part of the year. Hill’s injury woes make him a tough season-long option, thereby limiting him to upside DFS owners at this stage.
