Jai Herbert returned to the win column by defeating Mandel Nallo via first-round TKO on the main card of UFC Winnipeg on Saturday. Nallo hurt Herbert with a big knee and some follow-up straights, but Herbert managed to survive and turned the fight on its head with a counter right hand that knocked Nallo down. Herbert then followed up with hammer fists, but Nallo was able to get back to his feet. The 37-year-old Herbert then landed another right hand that knocked Nallo and pounced on him to deliver more ground-and-pound, forcing the referee to stop the fight. In 2:05 of action, Herbert landed 19 significant strikes. With the win, Herbert improved to 4-5-1 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
