DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Saturday Main Slate (12/6/25)

Ty Simpson - College Football Rankings, CFB DFS Lineups, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (12/6/25) main slate in Week 15. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

"Championship Saturday" isn't quite the same, with only nine conferences and four of those having games on Friday night. That's okay. It spreads out the DFS a little bit and creates two good slates instead of one. It also makes it a little harder to set your lineups apart. That's what I'm here for.

We start at Jerry World with BYU getting another crack at Texas Tech in a "win or else" game. Those aren't my words. That's the CFP committee talking. We have the MAC championship from Detroit featuring Miami (the Ohio one) and Western Michigan. Georgia gets another crack at Bama in Atlanta this time. Indiana and Ohio State clash in Indy in the most meaningless 1 vs. 2 game in history. We end in Charlotte with Duke ready to lose by double figures to Virginia again.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 12/6/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Ty Simpson, Alabama ($8.1K)

Simpson was a problem for Georgia in the first game. He put up 26.2 DraftKings points in that game. The problem is that he hasn't hit that total since. The first Georgia game was on September 27.

There isn't a quarterback on this slate that has an easy matchup. I'm going with the proven track record if I'm going to spend up at the position. Simpson is that guy.

Chandler Morris, Virginia ($7.4K)

Morris put up 22.5 DK points on Duke in the first meeting, and that was with throwing two interceptions. Surprisingly, Virginia isn't a big favorite in this game. The Wahoos beat Duke by 17 in Durham on November 15.

Not much has changed since then. Morris is still one of the focal points of this offense, even if he doesn't run as much as he did earlier in the year. There's a little added upside there that a lot of quarterbacks on this slate don't have. There are a lot of pocket passers in our five games today.

Broc Lowry, Western Michigan ($6.5K)

Lowry is another one of those guys who adds a lot of value with his legs. He's not much of a passer at all. Lowry has only topped 200 passing yards twice in his nine starts. He has at least 80 rushing yards in every one of those games, and at least one rushing touchdown in all but one of those.

Lowry put up 18.1 DK points in the loss to the Redhawks in Oxford back in October. If he puts up that kind of production in this price range, he's going to be huge on this slate. He's a very low-risk value play at quarterback.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Fernando Mendoza, Indiana ($8.5K)
  • Bear Bachmeier, BYU ($7.6K)
  • Julian Sayin, Ohio State ($6.8K)
  • Thomas Gotkowski, Miami (OH) ($6.1K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

J'Mari Taylor, Virginia ($8.7K)

Taylor had one of the best games against the Duke run defense this season. He ran for 133 yards and two touchdowns on just 18 carries. Taylor has at least 18 DK  points in five straight games. That first game against Virginia was the high point in that stretch.

He may not find the end zone twice this time around, but that stretch highlights what his floor is. Taylor isn't going to tank our lineups, even against a tough run defense.

Bo Jackson, Ohio State ($6.3K)

Jackson has topped 20 DK points in three straight games to close the season. He's the lead back for the Buckeyes now. If he can have that kind of day against Michigan's run defense (23.6 DK points), he has a chance to at least come close to that against Indiana.

His 26 touches against Michigan were a season-best for Bo. Colton Joseph, Old Dominion's quarterback, is the only player to run for 100 yards on the Hoosiers this year. It was in the first game. Temper your expectations here. Jackson likely won't get 100 yards.

Daniel Hill, Alabama ($4.7K)

Kevin Riley is already listed as out, and Alabama might be without Jam Miller as well. Miller was injured in the Iron Bowl and didn't return. It's classified as a lower leg injury, but that tells us absolutely nothing.

Even if Miller plays, I expect him to be somewhat limited. This is not a good matchup, but if Hill is going to get 10-15 touches for this price, I'm interested.

Also consider these RBs:

  • Cameron Dickey, Texas Tech ($7.8K)
  • LJ Martin, BYU ($7.2K)
  • J'Koby Williams, Texas Tech ($5.9K)
  • Anderson Castle, Duke ($5K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Carnell Tate, Ohio State ($7.1K)

Jeremiah Smith gets all of the attention, as he should. If the DC spends all game rolling coverage to Smith, that leaves Carnell Tate open at least once per game, and this is what he does with it.

Ohio State has a very accurate quarterback who thrives on punishing defenses for mistakes. Tate has four touchdowns in the last three games and has topped 100 yards in three of the last five games.

Smith gets all of the attention, and he may nuke Indiana (I doubt it), but Tate is more likely to put together a strong game at a much lower price.

Germie Bernard, Alabama ($6.7K)

After what Ryan Williams did to Georgia in 2024, the Bulldogs made damn sure he wasn't going to do it again. That resulted in a really nice game for Bernard.

In the last half of the season, Bernard has been far more valuable in DFS than Williams. Williams hasn't had a bad season, but his stats have suffered as defenses have keyed on him. Much like Tate, that gets Bernard open more. I'll use both Robins for roughly the price of 1.5 Batmans.

Trell Harris, Virginia ($5K)

Chandler Morris had 316 passing yards against Duke. Harris had 161 of those yards and 33.1 DK points. Duke's pass defense continues to be awful. Expect close to a repeat performance.

Cam Ross, Virginia ($3.9K)

Ross had only one fewer reception than Harris in the first meeting with Duke. He was limited against Virginia Tech, so make sure of his status before rolling with him. If Ross is in, he's a great salary saver on a slate where we're going to need it.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($8.4K)
  • Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana ($6.8K)
  • Chase Roberts, BYU ($4.9K)
  • Cole Weaver, Miami (OH) ($4.5K)
  • Isaiah Horton, Alabama ($3.8K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks

Virginia vs. Duke

Morris, Taylor, Harris, and Cam Ross combined for 100.7 DK points in the first meeting with Duke. Combined, they will cost you only half of your $50K cap. Stacks don't get any easier than that! This is also the only full-stack I would consider on this slate.

Also consider these mini stacks:

  • Alabama (Simpson-Bernard-Williams)
  • Texas Tech (Morton-Dickey-Williams)
  • Ohio State (Sayin-Jackson-Tate; GPP only)
