Week 12 FLEX Rankings Outlooks
Sean Tucker, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker is coming off a monster game against the Buffalo Bills last week. Tucker rushed 19 times for 106 yards with two touchdowns in the loss. He also added two receptions for 34 yards and an additional score through the air. The expectation is that Tucker is going to have a larger role in the offense going forward.
The Bucs remain without Bucky Irving (shoulder, toe) for at least one more game. Tucker figures to continue splitting up the carries with Rachaad White in the backfield. However, Tucker might've surpassed White on the depth chart after that huge performance last week. Tucker should almost certainly have a larger role against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12. If he plays anything like he did last week, fantasy managers should be able to get RB2 value out of him.
Kyle Pitts Sr., Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. logged his second straight two-catch performance in Week 11's 30-27 overtime loss to the Panthers after catching at least three passes in each of his first eight games of the season. It would seem his involvement is trending downward; however, wide receiver Drake London (knee) will likely miss Week 12, which could be a boon to his target potential.
When London missed Week 8 with an injury, Pitts garnered a team-high nine targets, converting all of them into receptions, albeit for just 59 yards. The other good news is that Kirk Cousins was under center for that contest and will again be the starter in Week 12's road matchup against the Saints. Expectations should be tempered, though, as Pitts recorded one catch or fewer in five contests with Cousins at the helm last year. There is a wide range of outcomes for the 6-foot-6 tight end in this week's game, but he will still likely be a low-end TE1 on Sunday.
Andrei Iosivas, Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is in line for an expanded role in Week 12. Through 10 games, he's caught 19 of 35 targets for 256 yards and one touchdown, averaging 5.2 PPR points per game. With star receiver Ja'Marr Chase suspended for the week, the Bengals will lean on Tee Higgins, Iosivas, and Mitchell Tinsley to fill the void.
Higgins is expected to draw coverage from Patriots shutdown corner Christian Gonzalez, along with safety help, which should leave Iosivas in more favorable matchups. As Cincinnati fights to keep its season alive, Iosivas could become a key piece of the game plan. He profiles as a high-floor fantasy option and a low-end WR3 for Week 12 against New England.
