Tre Tucker, WR, Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders traded away Jakobi Meyers on Tuesday, and now wide receiver Tre Tucker is listed as the team's No. 1 pass-catcher. Obviously, tight end Brock Bowers is the No. 1 pass-catching option for the Raiders offense, but Meyers was averaging seven targets per game. Those targets now have to go to somebody else, with Tucker and Bowers being the most likely candidates.

Tucker has had some spike weeks in 2025, with a three-touchdown game back in Week 3, but has been more of a boom-or-bust WR3 option for fantasy managers with 427 receiving yards and four touchdowns through nine weeks. With Meyers on the move and a clear path for more targets, Tucker could work his way into the low-end WR2 conversation moving forward, but certainly has to prove it first.

Tyler Lockett, Dont'e Thornton Jr., and Jack Bech are not much of a threat for targets at this time.

Michael Mayer, TE, Raiders

ESPN's Ryan McFadden writes that both Las Vegas Raiders tight ends Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer should see an increase in targets after the team traded receiver Jakobi Meyers to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday. Mayer was targeted seven times and had three catches for 26 yards in Sunday's overtime loss to the Jaguars. The Raiders used 12 personnel (two tight ends) more than any game this season in Week 9.

In addition to Bowers and Mayer seeing more targets going forward, Tre Tucker will be the team's unquestioned WR1, with rookies Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton Jr., and veteran Tyler Lockett seeing the field more. Although Mayer was targeted a season-high-tying seven times on Sunday, Bowers still overshadowed him with a monster 12-127-3 line.

As long as Bowers remains healthy, Mayer will be a touchdown-dependent TE2 in fantasy.

Troy Franklin, WR, Broncos

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin will strive to lead the team in targets for a third straight game against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 10. Despite being on the field for fewer snaps throughout the season than teammate Courtland Sutton, Franklin has now surpassed Sutton for the time being with 21.05% of the offensive target share compared to Sutton's 20.39% target share.

It's safe to say that Franklin is making a name for himself within the Broncos offense, and with head coach Sean Payton integrating him more into the playbook, we could see weekly upside from him. Franklin is RotoBaller's WR35 for the week and can be trusted as a strong WR3/ Flex option against the Raiders.

J.K. Dobbins, RB, Broncos

Denver Broncos running back J.K. Dobbins has still been the king of the backfield through nine weeks from a touch standpoint, but he will strive to get back in the end zone for the first time since Week 5 as he faces the Las Vegas Raiders at home on Thursday night. At first glance, averaging 77.2 rushing yards per game would sound like a no-brainer RB1 statistic. However, the presence of running back RJ Harvey has certainly been a threat to Dobbins' scoring opportunities.

Harvey has now outscored Dobbins on the season with six total touchdowns to four, with five of them coming within the past three games. With Dobbins' healthy floor, thanks to currently accounting for the fifth most rushing yards in the league, he is RotoBaller's 13th-ranked running back for Week 10.
