In five games, Andrews has only eclipsed the 10.0 PPR mark once and is quickly approaching drop territory.

Should I Drop Mark Andrews in Fantasy Football?
Given his dudnerhwleming start, managers in 10-team formats should consider dropping Andrews ahead of Week 6. While managers in 12+ team leagues will likely find a more productive tight end on waivers, given his previous success in the NFL, he is worth stashing in case he begins to find his footing.
Throughout Weeks 1 and 2, Andrews caught just two passes for seven yards. While he enjoyed a breakout game in Week 3, catching all six of his targets for 92 yards and two scores, he took a step back in Week 4, tallying just 30 yards on seven catches.
In their Week 5 loss to the Texans, Andrews reverted to his early-season form, tallying only 22 yards on two catches.
Due to his poor showing in four of his first five games, he is a safe drop in all 10-team formats. Managers in 12-team leagues (or larger) should look to find an alternative option on the waiver wire this week.
Who Should I Pickup for Fantasy Football?
With Andrews' slow start, managers should look to turn to a new tight end in Week 6. Fortunately, there are several viable low-end TE1s worth considering this upcoming weekend.
Mason Taylor has begun to emerge as a legitimate pivot in the New York offense. Given their lack of a proven No. 2 WR opposite of Garrett Wilson, Taylor has begun to carve out a high target share. Since week 3, Taylor has seen at least six targets in each contest. He enjoyed his most productive showing in Week 5, where he caught nine passes for 67 yards.

The other tight end ot consider targeting on the waiver wire is Theo Johnson of the New York Giants. With Malik Nabers (knee) out for the season, the top wideouts Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton were slated to see the most significant increase in targets. However, the young tight end has emerged as a top option for rookie QB Jaxson Dart.
Through two games with Dart under center, Johnson has caught nine of his 12 targets for 50 yards and three touchdowns. He could even see a larger role in Week 6, as Slayton (hamstring) has not been able to practice this week, leading up to their Thursday night title game against the Eagles.
Either option should carry more short-term value and upside than Andrews.
