Week 4 Waiver Wire Pickups - Darnell Mooney, Wan'Dale Robinson, Cedric Tillman Fantasy Football Outlooks

Cedric Tillman - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Week 4 fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Darnell Mooney, Wan'Dale Robinson, Cedric Tillman in 2025. Read their waiver wire outlooks for fantasy football.

Every week in fantasy football, new names emerge as potential difference-makers, and Week 4 is no exception. Injuries, depth chart shifts, and breakout performances have reshaped the waiver wire landscape, creating opportunities for savvy managers to get ahead of the curve. This week’s group of wide receivers is especially intriguing, as each brings a blend of opportunity, target volume, and upside that makes them worthy of a roster spot.

The early part of the season has already shown how quickly fortunes can change at the wide receiver position. Some players who were afterthoughts on draft day are suddenly commanding double-digit targets, while others are thriving thanks to quarterback changes or favorable game scripts. These situations make it crucial for fantasy managers to act decisively before these players become hot commodities in every league.

For Week 4, Darnell Mooney, Wan’Dale Robinson, and Cedric Tillman headline the list of wideouts to consider adding. Each has a unique path to relevance — whether it’s Mooney’s growing rapport with Michael Penix Jr., Robinson’s expanded role in a pass-heavy Giants offense, or Tillman’s early touchdown production in Cleveland. All three should be firmly on the radar of fantasy managers looking for immediate depth or long-term upside.

Darnell Mooney Week 4 Waiver Wire Pickups

Rostered: 45% of Leagues

Baller Move: Add in Most PPR leagues

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney is starting to emerge as a consistent option in the passing game. After being targeted just four times in Week 2, Mooney saw a massive jump to 11 targets in Week 3 against the Panthers, finishing as one of Michael Penix Jr’s most reliable outlets. That kind of usage is eye-catching in fantasy football, especially for a player who was left on waivers in many leagues after a quiet start to the season.

The Falcons enter Week 4 as underdogs against the Commanders, which sets up favorably for their receivers. Atlanta is likely to be forced into more passing volume, giving Mooney another chance to build on his increased role. With defenses keying in on Drake London and Kyle Pitts, Mooney has a real opportunity to take advantage of softer coverage and produce WR3 or flex-level numbers.

Fantasy managers in need of wide receiver depth should consider Mooney a must-add. Even if he isn’t immediately started, he’s the type of player who can be stashed now before his value spikes further. If his target share continues trending upward, Mooney could soon graduate from a stash to a weekly starter in PPR leagues.

Wan'Dale Robinson Week 4 Waiver Wire Pickups

Rostered: 55% of Leagues

Baller Move: Add in All Leagues

Wan’Dale Robinson should be on fantasy managers’ radar as a priority add in all formats. The Giants wideout has developed strong chemistry with Malik Nabers, giving New York a dynamic receiving duo. With the Giants’ defense ranking 31st in the league, game scripts should consistently favor the passing attack, leaving Robinson in position to see steady volume.

Adding to the intrigue, the coaching staff has made the move to rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. Veteran Russell Wilson struggled in two of his three starts, completing just 59.1% of his passes with three touchdowns across three games.

Dart brings a stronger arm and more aggressiveness to the offense, which should benefit Robinson as a short-to-intermediate weapon who can rack up targets and yards after the catch.

The Giants’ ground game has also sputtered, ranking just 21st in rushing. That puts even more emphasis on the passing game to carry the offense. If Robinson’s usage continues to climb alongside Nabers, he could develop into a reliable PPR asset and weekly flex play. Smart managers should stash him now before his breakout becomes undeniable.

Cedric Tillman Week 4 Waiver Wire Pickups

Rostered: 37% of Leagues

Baller Move: Add in all leagues

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman flashed early red-zone appeal, scoring touchdowns in each of his first two games before cooling off against a tough Packers defense in Week 3.

Through three weeks, Tillman has drawn 18 targets, tied for second on the team behind Jerry Jeudy (21). That volume keeps him squarely in the fantasy mix, even if last week’s outing was quiet.

Quarterback Joe Flacco has shown a willingness to spread the ball around, but his inefficiency is a concern — two touchdowns against four interceptions has limited the upside of the Browns’ pass-catchers. For now, Flacco remains the starter, but ongoing struggles could open the door for rookie Dillon Gabriel, whose arm talent might spark more consistency in the passing game.

One positive development is the emergence of rookie running back Quinshon Judkins, who posted 94 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries last week. His presence could force defenses to respect the run, opening up opportunities downfield for Tillman and company.

The Week 4 matchup with Detroit looks promising, as the Lions rank 15th against the pass but have already surrendered seven passing touchdowns, tied for second-most in the league. Expect Tillman to have chances near the end zone once again.
