Fantasy Premier League - EPL Team Reveals for Gameweek 6 (2025)

Bukayo Saka - EPL-DFS-Euro-lineup-picks-english-premier-league-daily-fantasy-soccer-fanduel-draftkings-icon

Our Fantasy Premier League (FPL) analysts reveal their teams for Gameweek 6 of the English Premier League fantasy game. Expert picks on Captains, Strategy, Chips, and Transfers to make ahead of the upcoming FPL gameweek.

Happy Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 6, RotoBallers! Gameweek 5 brought us a Cole Palmer injury, a Mohamed Salah assist, and an Erling Haaland goal. Elsewhere, Aston Villa hit rock bottom, and managers with Ollie Watkins and Morgan Rogers are ready to jump ship.

It feels like the FPL Community is moving toward Haaland, but let's see what our FPL analysts say in their Team Reveals. Wildcards, Free Hits, Triple Captain, and Bench Boost chips are flying in Fantasy Premier League, and two of our guys are joining the party.

The Gameweek 6 deadline for the 2025-26 Fantasy Premier League season is Saturday, September 27, at 6:00 a.m. EDT, when Brentford plays Manchester United. Check out the rest of our excellent soccer coverage as the squad gets you all set for every EPL and UCL slate with our EPL DFS lineup picks and betting picks.

How To Play Fantasy Premier League Guide

Whether it's your first, second, or 20th season playing Fantasy Premier League, don't miss our How To Play Fantasy Premier League Guide for the 2025-26 season. It covers squad building, transfers, and all the new strategies coming to this great game for the upcoming campaign.

Wale's Team Reveal for FPL Gameweek 6

Captain: Erling Haaland vs. Burnley (Triple Captain chip active)

Vice Captain: Mohamed Salah at Crystal Palace

Transfers: Ollie Watkins, Cole Palmer, Elliot Anderson > Erling Haaland, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Tijjani Reijnders

Most managers struggled during Gameweek 5, so I won't be too hard on myself for finishing with 39 points. However, I am now ranked 6 million overall after the first five gameweeks, and I intend to activate one of my chips this weekend.

I have made three early transfers to keep up with the volatile price changes. Watkins (£8.8m), Palmer (£10.4m), and Elliot Anderson (£5.5m) have been taken out, with Haaland (£14.3m), Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (£5.0m), and Tijjani Reijnders (£5.6m) coming in.

These moves came at the expense of a four-point hit, but I'm confident my fantasy team will hit 80 points or more this week.

Jamie's Team Reveal for FPL Gameweek 6

Captain: Jack Grealish vs. West Ham

Vice Captain: Erling Haaland vs. Burnley

Transfers: Florian Wirtz > Bukayo Saka

The squad needs changes. I have two transfers that I plan on using this week. Firstly, I'm giving up on Florian Wirtz (£8.3m). The plan is to bring back Bukayo Saka (£9.8m), who I ousted following his earlier injury. That's when it gets tricky.

I will likely need to move on from Hugo Ekitike (£8.7m), but that would leave me without any Liverpool players, as I couldn't also afford Alexander Isak (£10.5m). I'm hoping that Isak starts Liverpool's midweek EFL Cup fixture, as he likely wouldn't start this weekend. That gives me a bit more time.

With Arsenal facing a difficult trip to Newcastle United this week, I may hold off making any transfers this week before tinkering with the squad next week. The one thing I am set on is captaining Jack Grealish (£6.6m) this week. West Ham United are so bad that I couldn't not put the armband on Grealish.

Euan's Team Reveal for FPL Gameweek 6

Captain: Erling Haaland vs. Burnley

Vice Captain: Mohamed Salah at Crystal Palace

Transfers: Free Hit

With my Free Hit chip active, I want to be aggressive and attack the best fixtures on the slate. Having three Man City players against Burnley feels ideal, along with three Spurs versus Wolves.

As the week progresses and we receive more information, the lineup may change slightly. Still, I have covered all the bases at the moment and don't anticipate any significant changes between now and Saturday's deadline.

It's our fourth season covering Fantasy Premier League, so reach out to @TheFPLManual, @Baseball_Jimbo, @TheFPLBois, @F1FantasyEuan, or @df_solutions on X to let us know what you think of our soccer coverage.
