Quarterback Ben DiNucci announced on X on Saturday that he was released by the Atlanta Falcons. The 28-year-old was best known for his time with the Dallas Cowboys, where he threw for 219 yards in three games. Since then, he has had several unsuccesful stints with other clubs around the National Football League. The Falcons have Michael Penix Jr. as their starting quarterback. Veteran Kirk Cousins is listed behind him on the depth chart, at least for now. As a result, the team cut ties with DiNucci, who stated a "career update" would be coming. It's unknown if he plans to remain in the NFL, assuming there's a team willing to sign him. However, his fantasy value can't get any lower. That's not expected to change anytime soon.--Dennis Clausen
