The Houston Astros have promoted right-handed prospect Alimber Santa to Triple-A after a dominant run at Double-A. While with the Corpus Christi Hooks, Santa posted a 3-1 record with a 1.26 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 57 innings. Santa reaches triple digits with his fastball, complementing it with a solid slider and curveball. He's also improved his command, lowering his walk rate to 10.2% from 12.4% last season. Santa projects as a high-leverage reliever when he reaches the majors and should be a key name to monitor in dynasty leagues.--Shaun Albin
