Antonio Brown Flees Country Following Attempted Murder Charge

Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio reports that former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has fled the United States while evading a warrant for an attempted murder charge. The incident stems from a shooting outside a celebrity boxing event in Miami on May 16, in which he claimed he was the victim of an assault. However, it's alleged that Brown "punched a man during a brawl, then grabbed a firearm from a security officer and fired two shots as he chased the same individual." Anything the former wideout says at this point must be taken with a grain of salt. However, if he's being truthful, the warrant for his arrest won't be resolved anytime soon. --Alex Ciulla
