Week 10 Kicker Streamers and Starts - 2023 Fantasy Tiers, Rankings

Tyler Bass - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups, Kickers, Streamers

Mike Fanelli breaks down all 2023 fantasy football Week 10 kickers - streamers, starts, sits, targets, avoids, and waiver wire pickups. Our Week 10 rankings and tiers for all of the NFL kickers.

Hey, RotoBallers! We are back with more fantasy football advice. Today, we will review our Week 10 fantasy football kicker streamer and starts. Week 10 has arrived with some challenges, as the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, and Philadelphia Eagles are all on bye. For fantasy players searching for a replacement kicker or playing the streamer game, we've got you covered. First, let's take a look at how last week's streaming kickers performed.

Last week’s streaming kicker picks were a success. Chris Boswell and Eddy Pineiro each had eight fantasy points, while Blake Grupe scored seven. Meanwhile, Matt Prater was my top streaming kicker to avoid. Hopefully, fantasy players listened as the veteran kicker scored zero fantasy points in the blowout loss.

The only easy win came last week. So, let’s look at the rankings as well as the top streaming kickers for Week 10.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Kicker Streamers to Target in Week 10

All streamers in this article are rostered in under 60% of Yahoo leagues.

Matt Gay (IND) vs. New England Patriots (42% Rostered)

Gay has been one of the top kickers in fantasy football. The veteran is the third-highest-scoring kicker, averaging 9.4 fantasy points per game. Furthermore, he has one of the highest fantasy points per game averages despite scoring zero fantasy points in Week 4. Gay has been outstanding lately, totaling double-digit fantasy points in four of his past five games, including last week against the Carolina Panthers.

The veteran kicker takes on the Patriots in Week 10 in Germany. New England has struggled against opposing kickers, giving up 9.6 fantasy points per game to the position. They have surrendered at least seven fantasy points to kickers in five of their past six matchups. Furthermore, the Patriots have allowed opposing kickers to score double-digit fantasy points in nearly half of their games this season.

Eddy Pineiro (CAR) vs. Chicago Bears (1% Rostered)

While the Panthers haven’t found the win column much this year, Pineiro has been solid for fantasy players. The veteran kicker has averaged 7.9 fantasy points per game this season. However, he’s been better since the bye week. Over the past two weeks, Pineiro has made all five field goal attempts, averaging nine fantasy points per game. The veteran has scored at least eight fantasy points in 62.5% of the games this year.

Meanwhile, the Panthers face the Bears on Thursday night in a game that could have a massive impact on the 2024 NFL Draft. More importantly, it’s an appealing matchup for Pineiro. Chicago has surrendered 9.4 fantasy points per game to kickers. They have given up at least seven fantasy points to the position in all but one game this season. More importantly, kickers have scored double-digit fantasy points against the Bears in nearly half of their games. Pineiro makes the streamers article for the second consecutive week.

Chase McLaughlin (TB) vs. Tennessee Titans (1% Rostered)

McLaughlin also made the streamers article list last week but was listed as a kicker to avoid. Unfortunately, I got that one wrong. The veteran was a top-five kicker in Week 9, scoring 16 fantasy points. Hopefully, he keeps it up this week. McLaughlin has averaged 8.1 fantasy points per game this season, scoring double-digits three times. Last week, the veteran kicker made all three field goal attempts, including one from 55 yards away.

Unlike in Week 9, McLaughlin has a fantasy-friendly matchup this week against the Titans. Tennessee has surrendered 11 fantasy points per game to kickers. They have given up double-digit fantasy points in all but two games this season. More importantly, kickers have had at least 12 fantasy points in three of the past four matchups against the Titans. Hopefully, McLaughlin keeps that trend going this weekend.

Kickers to Avoid in Week 10

Fantasy players should always stream the kicker position. However, it’s important to avoid picking up and starting a kicker that will be a bust. Let’s see which two kickers you shouldn’t pick up off the waiver wire this week.

Wil Lutz (DEN) vs. Buffalo Bills (2% Rostered)

The Broncos are coming off the bye week and have won two games in a row. Meanwhile, Lutz had 15 fantasy points in the Week 7 win over the Green Bay Packers. However, he has averaged only seven fantasy points per game this season. Furthermore, the veteran has averaged only 5.9 fantasy points per game outside of the matchup against Green Bay. Unfortunately, Lutz has an awful fantasy football matchup on Monday night.

Buffalo surrendered 11 fantasy points to Greg Zuerlein in Week 1. However, they’ve held kickers to only 6.4 fantasy points per game since that matchup. Furthermore, kickers have scored fewer than seven fantasy points in 66.7% of the games against the Bills this season. Over the past two weeks, Buffalo has surrendered only 11 total fantasy points to kickers. Don’t let Lutz’s performance a few weeks ago fool you. Leave him on the waiver wire.

Randy Bullock (NYG) vs. Dallas Cowboys (1% Rostered)

Unfortunately, Graham Gano won’t play again this season after getting placed on injured reserve with a knee injury that will require surgery. The Giants signed Cade York to their active roster from the Tennessee Titans practice squad. They also added Bullock to their practice squad. The veteran was elevated for the Week 9 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders and was the only kicker on New York’s game-day roster. However, he didn’t get to attempt a kick, as the Giants scored only six points in the ugly loss.

Meanwhile, the veteran kicker likely won’t get many kicking opportunities moving forward with Daniel Jones out for the year with a torn ACL. That means Tommy Devito is the team’s starting quarterback for at least the next three weeks, with Tyrod Taylor on injured reserve. More importantly, the Cowboys have held kickers to only 4.9 fantasy points per game this season, one of the lowest averages in the NFL. They have surrendered more than seven fantasy points to kickers in only one game.
