By now, the MLB season has begun to take shape with clear frontrunners in each division, but it's still not too late to turn it around for certain clubs, and that includes your fantasy team! Consider adding the players mentioned below to get a boost in the standings this week.

If you've kept up with this column all season long, then some of the names in the article below may look familiar to you. These players have appeared on a list of waiver wire pickups before, as they've either continued to be hot at the plate or been electric on the base paths. These guys can fill in at either of your corner infield spots and perhaps help you in your stolen base category.

Waiver Wire for Shallow Leagues (30-50% rostered)

Ke'Bryan Hayes, 3B, Pittsburgh Pirates (42% rostered)

The Pirates may have cooled off since their hot start to the year, but third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes is heating up. Across his last seven games, the 26-year-old is slugging .633 with three home runs and eight RBI. He homered in back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday, helping to lead the Bucs to victories over the St. Louis Cardinals on both days and fueling them in the midst of a four-game win streak.

Willi Castro, 2B/3B/SS/OF, Minnesota Twins (47% rostered)

Not only is Willi Castro slashing .320/.357/.560 over the last seven games, but he's also collected two home runs, four RBI, and four stolen bases as well as an anticlimactic walk-off sacrifice fly (as seen below). Overall, the Puerto Rican outfielder has nabbed 11 stolen bags on the year, helping the Twins to further the gap between them and the second-place Detroit Tigers in the AL Central.

Waiver Wire for Deeper Leagues (10-30% rostered)

Jeimer Candelario, 3B, Washington Nationals (14% rostered)

As mentioned last week, Jeimer Candelario has been a bright spot for the Nationals this season and played a large role in keeping them afloat. The slugger got off to a hot start in June with big days on Thursday against the Los Angeles Dodgers and Friday against the Philadelphia Phillies, adding a homer, six RBI, and two walks. He's batting .308/.438/.615 in his last seven games overall.

Ha-Seong Kim, 2B/3B/SS, San Diego Padres (19% rostered)

If you're lacking in the stolen base category, Ha-Seong Kim has collected four over his last four attempts while boasting a  .375/.560/.500 slash line across his last seven games. As Kim finds consistency on the base paths, his Padres hope to find some in the standings as well, with a lackluster 27-31 record in fourth place in the NL West.

Deeper Waiver Wire Options to Consider (Under 10%)

Josh Donaldson, 3B, New York Yankees (7% rostered)

Donaldson recently returned from the injured list for the Yanks, and he's already off to a hot start—blasting three homers and collecting four RBI during New York's series with the Dodgers. There's no denying that the former MVP certainly still has his power, and that's a dangerous mix in a Yankees lineup with sluggers Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton.
