Welcome back to our fantasy football IDP Waiver Wire Pickups and Streamers for Week 13. In Week 12, the Cleveland Browns' pass rush decimated the Las Vegas Raiders for 10 sacks, and Myles Garrett advanced closer to the record.
With three sacks, he pushed his total to 17.0 sacks on the season, breaking his own Browns’ team record for sacks and keeping pace in his quest for the single-season record of 22.5.
For Week 13, take a look at these 11 linebackers, defensive linemen, cornerbacks, and safeties who would make good additions for Week 11 and in the future.

Week 13 Waiver Wire Adds for Linebacker
Germaine Pratt, ILB, Indianapolis Colts - Rostered in 48% of Leagues
Since joining the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6, Pratt has been making more tackles. He averaged 6.3 tackles in his four games with the Las Vegas Raiders, but he averaged 7.6 in his first five games with the Colts. This past week against the Kansas City Chiefs, Pratt outdid himself, making 20 tackles.
While Zaire Franklin remains the green dot wearer, Pratt has been more efficient and has outscored Franklin in recent weeks. Pratt has only missed 4.9% of the tackles he has attempted, while Franklin has missed 9.3%.
Curtis Robinson, MLB, San Francisco 49ers - Rostered in 23% of Leagues
Robinson took over as the green dot and made 11 tackles after Tatum Bethune left Week 11 with an ankle injury. Robinson has been on the Niners’ practice squad for most of his career since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2021. He was a fourth-string linebacker entering the season, but the team has suffered many injuries.
Isaiah McDuffie, LB, Green Bay Packers - Rostered in 12% of Leagues
McDuffie has made half a sack and nine or more tackles in each of the last two games, as he has been filling in for Quay Walker (neck) as the green dot linebacker. Walker didn’t practice at all last week, so he does not appear close to recovery and might miss another week.
Week 13 Waiver Wire Adds for Defensive Line
Laiatu Latu, DL, Indianapolis Colts - Rostered in 50% of Leagues
The second-year pass rusher Latu is building on his productive rookie season. After making a sack against the Kansas City Chiefs, Latu has six sacks in 11 games and four in the past five. He’s only available in shallow leagues, but it’s worth taking a look.
Nick Herbig, DL/LB, Pittsburgh Steelers - Rostered in 35% of Leagues
With Alex Highsmith missing a second straight game with a pectoral injury, Herbig started again and had a big game. Herbig made two tackles and recovered a T.J. Watt’s strip sack in the end zone for a touchdown. After two straight games with a sack, Herbig did not make a sack himself, but he was in the backfield a lot.
Herbig played 60 snaps this week, seven more than Watt, and 62 the week before. If Highsmith returns in Week 13, Herbig’s snap total would likely be down to within the 25-40 range, mostly pass rush snaps.
Khalil Mack, DL/LB, Los Angeles Chargers - Rostered in 35% of Leagues
At this point in his career, Mack is 34 years old and is not trusted by all fantasy managers, but he continues to play relatively well when healthy. He has made four sacks and two forced fumbles in seven games.
Since missing four games with an elbow injury, he has made a sack in three of the past five games. The Chargers were on bye in Week 12, but they have a good matchup in Week 13 against the lowly Raiders, who have allowed 20 sacks in the past three games.
Tuli Tuipulotu, DL/LB, Los Angeles Chargers - Rostered in 45% of Leagues
As with Mack, Tuipulotu is a good play in Week 13 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders allowed 10 sacks this week against the Browns. While the Chargers don’t have anyone who can compare to Garrett, the Chargers have made the 10th-most sacks in the league this season.
Calais Campbell, DT, Arizona Cardinals - Rostered in 8% of Leagues
After a long career, Campbell returned to the team that drafted him, the Arizona Cardinals, and he’s having his best season since 2018. He has already made 5.5 sacks after adding half a sack against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week.
As a defensive tackle, his sack upside is lower than edge, but he has a higher tackle ceiling. He has made five tackles three times this season.
Week 13 Waiver Wire Adds for Cornerback and Safety
Jordan Poyer, S, Buffalo Bills - Rostered in 8% of Leagues
Poyer played seven seasons for the Bills, making one Pro Bowl and one All-Pro team, before salary cap problems led to his release in 2024. In his single season with the Miami Dolphins, he made 98 tackles but no impact plays.
Since Taylor Rapp went down with a season-ending knee injury in Week 6, Poyer has rejoined the Bills’ active roster and has gotten more playing time recently. He has played over 40 snaps in each of the past three games and made 25 tackles.
Poyer hasn’t made an interception since 2022 and hasn’t made a sack or forced fumble since 2023, so don’t rely on him in big-play-centered leagues. He’s more valuable in traditional tackle-heavy leagues.
Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, New Orleans Saints - Rostered in 6% of Leagues
McKinstry has been having a good sophomore season. He’s been on the field for over 620 snaps, 96% of the team’s defensive snaps, and he’s averaging 4.4 tackles per game. This week, against the Atlanta Falcons, he had a relatively bad game, making just two tackles, but he has made five or more tackles five times this season.
In Week 13, the Saints face the Miami Dolphins. Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa has thrown 13 interceptions this season, more than any other quarterback, and the Fins have the second-highest interception rate per pass play in the league. McKinistry provides relatively strong tackle production with the possibility of an interception in a favorable matchup.
Dane Belton, S, New York Giants - Rostered in 6% of Leagues
If Tyler Nubin (neck) misses another game, Belton will be a good start in Week 13 against the New England Patriots. Since Week 7, Belton has played 50 or more snaps in five of the past six weeks. When playing over 50 snaps, Belton averages 9.4 tackles.
Now in his fourth year, Belton has already set a career-high with 54 tackles on the season. After making the All-Big Ten team in 2021, he was drafted in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
