Sean Tucker is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for running backs. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 9 of the 2024 NFL season.
BALLER MOVE: Roster and stash in deeper formats
ROSTERED IN: 10% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Bucs offense has taken a turn for the worst in fantasy. Wide receiver Chris Godwin was lost for the season, and Mike Evans is currently on injured reserve slated to miss the team's next three games. To make matters worse, the team's backfield has largely turned into a three-headed monster with the likes of Rachaad White, Bucky Irving, and Sean Tucker all seeing snaps.
With Rachaad White out of the Bucs Week 6 contest against the Saints, Tucker had a breakout of sorts with 17 touches for 192 yards and two touchdowns, and head coach Todd Bowles said the team would ride the hot hand at running back.
But after just nine touches for 53 yards and no touchdowns over his last two games, it's fair to wonder how much value Tucker has.
Snap counts are out for Bucs vs. Falcons. RB split Sunday was Rachaad White 41 snaps, Bucky Irving 31, Sean Tucker 7. JTS played 39 snaps without a tackle. pic.twitter.com/c5Gk58v1Eg

White remains the safest of the three Bucs running backs in fantasy due to his tremendous rushing upside and unless something changes, Tucker should only be rostered in the deepest of leagues at this point.
