St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Victor Scott II is absent from the team's starting lineup for the series opener on Monday in Philadelphia against the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. Jose Barrero draws into the lineup in center field and will bat ninth against Phillies left-hander Cristopher Sanchez. Scott will take a seat against a tough southpaw after he started each of the team's last nine games. The 24-year-old left-handed hitter has batted a strong .290/.357/.403 with two homers, 18 RBI, 20 runs and 11 steals in 142 plate appearances as St. Louis' starting center fielder this year, and he's gone 10-for-28 (.357) with a double, four RBI and a steal in nine games so far in May. Barrero will be a low-upside DFS sleeper out of the nine-hole for the Red Birds on Monday night.
