11 months agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyreke Evans had a favorable matchup on Tuesday against the Suns, but he failed to live up to expectations, finishing with only eight points in 27 minutes. He had a season-high four steals, but also committed five turnovers and couldn't get his shots to drop, going 3-for-10 from the field. Evans has been starting with Victor Oladipo (knee) on the shelf, but he's been very poor and even had a 1-for-12 shooting night against the Spurs last Friday. Oladipo is likely to miss Thursday's game against the Lakers as well, so Evans gets another go at it as a starter, but his time to impress is running out.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
