New York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill (elbow) experienced right elbow tightness while throwing breaking balls during a rehab outing on Sunday with Triple-A Syracuse, per MLB.com's Anthony DiComo. The 30-year-old was placed on the injured list on June 17 with the same injury, and he will now go back to New York to receive an MRI. This is unfortunate news for the Mets and fantasy managers, as it will leave little time for him to return, even if his results are clean. Megill went 5-5 with a 3.95 ERA, a 1.36 WHIP, and a 29.2% strikeout rate in 14 starts and 68 1/3 innings pitched before getting injured.--Connelly Doan
