Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin is ranked as RotoBaller's 33rd overall wide receiver coming into Week 8 in a plus matchup against the Dallas Cowboys at home. After earning 10 targets last week and only catching three of them, Franklin will look to expose a Cowboys defense that has allowed a league-leading 260.3 passing yards per game through seven weeks. Franklin's had flashes of greatness this season, but has also lacked consistency from week to week, with a snap share around 60% in recent weeks.
