Trevor Lawrence Undergoes Successful Surgery
4 years agoClemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) underwent successful left shoulder surgery on Tuesday to fix the labrum in his non-throwing shoulder. Doctors expect Lawrence to be 100 percent healthy for training camp this summer. He has dealt with issues in his left shoulder for the past couple of years, but he should be completely healthy before his rookie season in the NFL. Lawrence held a throwing session for NFL scouts last Friday and looked great. The Clemson product is looking at four to five months of rehab from the surgery, but he's still expected to go No. 1 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the draft. The 21-year-old will have weapons around him if he lands with the Jags and could immediately have high-end QB2 value with upside in single-year fantasy leagues.
