Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders will make his second career start in a Week 13 home matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Sanders looked decent in Week 12's win over the Las Vegas Raiders, completing 11 of his 20 passes for 209 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He will look to build upon that encouraging debut in Week 13 against a 49ers defense that is allowing the 11th-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season. While Sanders looked more competent than Dillon Gabriel under center, he is still tough to trust in single-quarterback fantasy leagues and is best left on the bench for Week 13's matchup.--Matt Terelle
