Russell Wilson Rushes For Two Touchdowns In Week 17
2 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson has been a huge disappointment in his first year with the Broncos, but he had one of his best games of the season in the 27-24 loss to the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Wilson finished 26-for-38 for 222 yards, one touchdown and an interception while adding four carries for 27 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. He was sacked four times and lost a fumble right before halftime. If only the 34-year-old could have faced the Chiefs all season long. Wilson will be hoping to finish the season strong in a Week 18 tilt against the Los Angeles Chargers before re-evaluating his entire offseason program after his rough season. With a new coaching staff set to come in for the 2023 season, it's possible that Wilson could bounce back, but fantasy managers probably won't be eager to take the chance.
