Phoenix Suns forward Royce O'Neale (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors. O'Neale will miss his third straight game due to left knee soreness. His absence from the rotation should mean that Jordan Goodwin continues to see an increased role. Goodwin finished with 11 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in 27 minutes of action during Saturday's game. The veteran guard should offer decent streaming value while the Suns are shorthanded.
