Quentin Johnston Exits With Head Injury
Quentin Johnston (head) left Saturday's preseason game against the Rams after taking a hard hit on the third play from scrimmage. The third-year wideout is competing for snaps behind veteran Keenan Allen and remains in the mix for a rotational role this season. Johnston has flashed big-play potential but continues to struggle with consistency, recording a 7.7% drop rate last season. Despite posting 711 yards and eight touchdowns last year, he remains more of a wait-and-see option for fantasy managers and should be monitored as a potential early-season waiver-wire target.
