Cleveland Browns tight end
Harold Fannin Jr. will be back in action in Week 10 after the team had its bye in Week 9. The third-round rookie from Bowling Green has been excellent in his first eight games in the NFL, averaging 4.8 catches for 44 yards per game. He scored his second touchdown of the year in Week 8 against the Patriots just before the bye, totaling 62 yards by catching six of his eight targets. He has at least four catches in each of his last four games and has formed a solid connection with fellow rookie
Dillon Gabriel at quarterback.
David Njoku doesn't look like he'll be traded at this point ahead of Tuesday's deadline, but Fannin has still shown enough potential to be a strong starting option the rest of the season while sharing time with Njoku. If someone dropped Fannin due to the bye week or his uncertain playing time, the rookie tight end makes a solid pickup from the waiver wire for the rest of the season and should be a starter in PPR leagues. He faces the Jets and Ravens in the next two weeks in solid tight end matchups.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back
Bhayshul Tuten matched his season-high with 10 offensive touches in Week 9, taking nine carries for 29 yards and his third NFL touchdown while also adding a catch on his only target for a loss of three yards. While he was involved, Tuten still played solidly behind
Travis Etienne Jr., who had a season-high 27 touches. Tuten actually played fewer snaps than fellow rookie LeQuint Allen as well, but Allen only had two touches. The fourth-round rookie is primarily an early-down, change-of-pace option right now for the Jaguars, but he has shown enough upside to deserve a look on waiver wires if you need running back depth. He has touchdown-dependent upside going forward, even though he and the Jags have a tough matchup against the strong Texans' defense in Week 10.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback
Kyler Murray (foot) is expected to remain the team's starting quarterback when healthy, despite the quality play of backup
Jacoby Brissett, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. Head coach Jonathan Gannon spoke following Arizona's 27-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night, saying, "Nothing's changed" regarding Murray's status as the team's starting quarterback. Gannon had "nothing to add" when asked if Brissett has earned more playing time with how well he's operated the offense. Brissett has led the Cardinals to their three best offensive performances of the season, but Gannon is sticking with the former 2019 No. 1 overall pick despite some up-and-down play this season. Once fully recovered from the foot injury suffered in their Week 5 loss to the Titans, Murray should slide back in atop the depth chart, but plenty of questions will be asked as the week goes along.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver
CeeDee Lamb caught seven of his 12 targets for 85 yards in Monday night's 27-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Lamb hasn't missed a beat since returning from his ankle injury in Week 7 against Washington, catching 19 of 30 targets for 260 yards and a touchdown in the past three games. It was a slow start in the first half for the 26-year-old superstar, but he was able to turn in a solid fantasy day in a game where Dallas' offense wasn't at its best. Lamb has been a target hog this season, drawing at least 10 targets in four games despite only playing six games. Only seven other wide receivers this season have as many or more games. Lamb and the Cowboys will get a chance to regroup after their Week 10 bye.

Arizona Cardinals tight end
Trey McBride caught five of his nine targets for 55 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's win against the Dallas Cowboys. McBride has now caught four touchdowns in three games with
Jacoby Brissett as the starter, compared to three touchdowns in 22 games with
Kyler Murray as the starter since last season. The 25-year-old superstar also became the first tight end in NFL history to record at least five receptions in the first eight games of a season. McBride racks up a ton of volume underneath and is one of the best YAC threats at the position, plus Brissett seems to be unlocking his ability in the red zone. McBride will again rank as a top two tight end option for Arizona's Week 10 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback
Dak Prescott completed 24 of 39 pass attempts for 250 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while adding 34 yards on four carries in Monday night's 27-17 loss to the Cardinals. Prescott struggled a bit in this game, taking five sacks for a loss of 40 yards and turning it over on downs three times. The interception came at the very end of the game on a desperation heave on a 4th and 28. The 32-year-old led the offense to only 10 points, as the Cowboys scored one of their two touchdowns on a blocked punt. Prescott was able to at least salvage decent fantasy days for his top three pass catchers in
CeeDee Lamb,
George Pickens, and
Jake Ferguson. Prescott and the Cowboys will head into their Week 10 bye on a two-game losing streak.

Marvin Harrison Jr. recorded a career-high seven receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets in Monday night's 27-17 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Harrison took advantage of a great matchup and broke out for his best fantasy performance of the season in Week 9. It was his second-highest yardage total of the season, trailing his 98-yard performance in Week 5. The Arizona offense has been more functional with quarterback
Jacoby Brissett while he's filled in for an injured
Kyler Murray (foot), and Harrison looks like he could be ascending with Brissett at the helm. The 23-year-old earned 10 targets in a game for the second time this season, but will face a stiffer test in Week 10 as the Cardinals go on the road to face a strong Seattle Seahawks defense.

Los Angeles Rams running back
Blake Corum recorded 13 carries for 58 yards in his team's 34-10 Week 9 win over the New Orleans Saints. After failing to reach double-digit carries in any of his first six games of 2025, Corum has now logged at least 12 rush attempts in each of his last two contests. It's worth noting that Los Angeles notched two straight blowout wins, which could be why Corum is eating into the workload of Rams RB1
Kyren Williams. Still, Corum has earned an efficient 4.6 yards per carry when given the opportunity this season. At worst, he's a high-end handcuff option to Williams, who could be a league-winner if Williams were to suffer an injury. In fantasy leagues where he remains available, Corum should be rostered heading into a Week 10 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Dylan Sampson has recorded 184 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 48 touches across the first eight games of his NFL career. Coming out of Cleveland's Week 9 bye, Sampson could be his team's RB1. Star Browns rookie
Quinshon Judkins (shoulder) suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder in Week 8 that could keep him sidelined in Week 10 when Cleveland takes on the New York Jets. Even if Judkins misses Week 10, Sampson would likely still split backfield work with veteran back
Jerome Ford. Still, Sampson has definite fantasy appeal as the potential lead back in a very favorable matchup against the Jets. Fantasy managers in PPR-scoring leagues with 12 or more teams should target Sampson on the waiver wire leading into Week 10.

In the Philadelphia Eagles' final game before their Week 9 bye, star running back
Saquon Barkley (groin) was forced to exit the game early due to a groin injury. That opened up an opportunity for Eagles back
Tank Bigsby, who rushed for 104 yards on nine carries after taking over for Barkley. Immediately after Philadelphia's Week 8 game concluded, Barkley told reporters he expected to be ready for Week 10. Still, Bigsby could play a larger role in the Eagles' offense if Barkley is limited or his injury proves to be more serious than initially expected. Bigsby should be a waiver-wire target of fantasy managers in leagues with 12 or more teams heading into a Week 10 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

Olamide Zaccheaus had his best game of the season in his team's 47-42 Week 9 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, recording six catches for 58 yards and a touchdown on eight targets. The 28-year-old has now hauled in 31 receptions for 243 yards and a score on 46 targets. Most notably, 15 of Zaccheaus' targets have come over the last two weeks. That uptick in production appears to be directly linked to the absence of
Luther Burden III (concussion), who suffered a concussion early in Week 8 and was sidelined in Week 9. If Burden III remains sidelined in Week 10 for Chicago's matchup against the New York Giants, Zaccheaus could once again play a key role in his team's offense. Zaccheaus should be a waiver-wire target for fantasy managers in PPR-scoring leagues with 12 or more teams.

Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver
Chimere Dike recorded a 67-yard punt return for a touchdown in Week 9 but was otherwise held in check, finishing the game with one catch for five yards on three targets. Dike had recorded 11 catches for 163 yards and a touchdown over his last two games heading into the week, so his Week 9 production was a bit of a letdown for fantasy managers. Still, the 23-year-old's playing time is trending in the right direction, as he's now played at least 87% of Tennessee's offensive snaps in each of its last two games. Dike appears to be emerging as a key weapon for Titans quarterback
Cameron Ward. Tennessee's overall struggles as an offense limit Dike's fantasy ceiling, but he should still be rostered in all leagues with 12 or more teams as the Titans hit their Week 10 bye.

The Baltimore Ravens are acquiring edge rusher Dre'Mont Jones from the Tennessee Titans in exchange for a conditional fifth-round pick, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jones has recorded 4.5 sacks and nine QB hits across nine games with Tennessee so far this season. The 28-year-old has recorded 35 career sacks across 99 career NFL games (61 starts). Jones should immediately play an important role for a Ravens defense that has started to round into form as it has gotten healthier in recent weeks. For the rebuilding Titans, second-year edge rusher Jaylen Harrell should see more playing time now that Jones is no longer in the mix.
