Ollie Gordon II Splitting Time in the Miami Backfield
Ollie Gordon II continues to serve as the team's primary backup for De'Von Achane and a change-of-pace option with a specialty in short-yardage situations. In Week 4, he played 26% of snaps on Monday Night Football against the Jets, taking six carries for 10 rushing yards. He played 25% of snaps in Week 3 as well and seems to be settling into a 75-25 split with Achane. Gordon has the potential to return good value in a favorable matchup against the Panthers, but his usability in a flex spot remains very touchdown dependent. He'll probably get a handful of carries, but he'll need to get into the end zone to really be a strong option. Coming into his matchup in Carolina, he is the RB42 in RotoBaller's rankings for the week, leaving him best suited for the bench in most formats.
