Michael Conforto Blasts Third Homer
Michael Conforto went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a single in Tuesday's 9-5 win over the Cleveland Guardians. The Seattle native also walked and struck out in the contest. Conforto homered off Guardians pitcher Hunter Gaddis in the top of the sixth inning to increase LA's lead to 5-3 -- a 406-foot bomb that left the bat at 105.9 MPH. It was his third long ball of the season, and first since Apr. 5. The Oregon State product was abysmal in April (.123), and hasn't been much better in May (.194). Since kicking off 2025 with a .368 through the first six games, he hasn't eclipsed the .200 mark since Apr. 19.
