Martin Prado Gets the Day Off
6 years agoMiami Marlins first baseman Martin Prado (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. The veteran slugger has been below average this season and will get the day off to rest. Garrett Cooper will draw the start at first base and bat second versus righty Jimmy Nelson. It's never a great idea to bet on the Marlins offense, but this is Nelson's first start of the season. He pitched decent during his rehab assignment starts, but Cooper could get a few knocks against him. Cooper is worth looking at as a cheap DFS option for Wednesday.
