Marquise Goodwin Looks Good For Sunday
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (groin) had a good day of practice on Friday, and assuming he responds well to Friday's workout, he looks good to play in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Germany on Sunday. Goodwin could draw a questionable tag on the final injury report on Friday, but he appears ready to return after missing the Week 9 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The 31-year-old was only attractive as a waiver-wire pickup when there was a possibility that DK Metcalf could miss time due to a knee injury, but Metcalf has managed to tough it out and play through his injury. Goodwin has only 14 catches on 20 targets for 179 yards and two touchdowns in seven games in 2022.
