Luke Raley to Miss Fifth Straight Game
Seattle Mariners outfielder Luke Raley (illness) remains out of the starting lineup ahead of Saturday's game against the Boston Red Sox. Raley was expected to return on Saturday, but he'll miss his fifth straight game with the flu. The Mariners are still calling him day-to-day, so Raley shouldn't require a trip to the Injured List. Rob Refsnyder and Connor Joe will cover the corner outfield spots against southpaw Connelly Early on Saturday. Fantasy managers should check back on Sunday for another update on Raley. When healthy, Raley has been a pleasant surprise with 14 home runs.
