Logan Wagner Slugs Four Homers In Big Week
6 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers corner infield prospect Logan Wagner is a talented switch-hitter selected in the sixth round of the 2022 draft. Thus far, he has mainly been viewed as a power hitter, though it's worth noting that he's been able to get on base at a very high clip thanks to plenty of walks. Sluggers with high walk rates aren't incredibly common, so if Wagner can keep it up, he'll provide extreme value within the Dodgers system. On the field, he's a reliable defender with versatility, capable of playing first base and third base. Last week, Wagner went 11-for-21 with four homers, three doubles, seven RBI, four walks, and four strikeouts. Along the way, he extended his hitting streak to seven games. The young corner infielder is a name to watch in dynasty fantasy baseball given his high walk and home-run totals.
