Kyle Tucker Should See Plenty Of Action
4 years agoHouston Astros manager Dusty Baker said that outfielder Kyle Tucker should see plenty of action this season despite saying that right fielder Josh Reddick has the benefit of the doubt for most of the playing time in right field recently. Tucker is a top-50 fantasy outfielder and could easily send Reddick to the bench eventually in right field, but he should also see plenty of action in left field to begin the year with Yordan Alvarez on the injured list. The 23-year-old left-handed bat has been slow to get going in his 130 major league at-bats, but he looked better late last year and has five-tool talent. Tucker hit 34 home runs and stole 30 bases in 125 games at Triple-A in 2019. Whenever he becomes a regular, look out.
