Travis Hunter Back at Practice, Will be Ready for Week 1
Travis Hunter (upper body) was on the practice field on Wednesday and will be ready to go for Week 1 of the regular season on Sunday, Sept. 7, against the Carolina Panthers, according to general manager James Gladstone. Hunter has been dealing with a minor upper-body injury and was held out of the preseason finale as a precaution. The Jaguars have been optimistic all along that the 22-year-old Heisman Trophy winner and two-way star would be ready for the start of the regular season. Hunter will play both sides of the ball in his first year in the NFL, but all indications from offseason workouts and training camp suggest he'll be involved quite a bit on the offensive side of the ball as the No. 2 behind Brian Thomas Jr. Still, without a firm idea of what Hunter's playing time will look like, he'll be boom/bust WR3 target in fantasy drafts.
