Jordyn Brooks Undergoes Surgery Thursday
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks linebacker Jordyn Brooks (knee) announced on Instagram on Thursday that he had successful surgery on his right knee after suffering a season-ending ACL injury in Week 17. Brooks is expected to be facing around a nine-month rehab, so he'll most likely be fighting an uphill battle to be ready for the start of the 2023 season. The 25-year-old has become a starting staple at the linebacker spot in IDP the last two years. He finished with 161 tackles (103 solo), three tackles for loss, three QB hits, one sack, five passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 16 games in his third NFL season in 2022. Depending on how many games he might miss to begin 2023, Brooks might be worth stashing in IDP formats.
