Kansas City Royals first baseman Jac Caglianone (shoulder) was forced to make an early exit from Saturday's game against the Minnesota Twins. Caglianone suffered the injury when he crashed into the wall during Friday's contest. He aggravated the right shoulder injury during his first at-bat on Saturday. The severity of the injury is unknown, but the Royals are likely going to have Caglianone undergo further testing. For now, fantasy managers should consider Caglianone as day-to-day. The lefty slugger was hitless during his lone plate appearance on Saturday. It wouldn't be shocking to see him out of the lineup on Sunday.--Andy Webb
