Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant (elbow) will miss the remainder of the 2025-26 season, the team announced. The star guard has been on the shelf since late January with a left elbow injury. According to the Grizzlies, Morant is making progress in his recovery from a UCL sprain and recently received a platelet-rich plasma injection. He is expected to make a full recovery ahead of the 2026-27 season. Morant had another injury-plagued season, making only 20 appearances. He averaged 19.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 8.1 assists in 28.5 minutes per game. Walter Clayton Jr., Cam Spencer, and Javon Small (back) have all been thrust into bigger roles as a result of Morant's absence.--Taavi Pailk
