Geno Smith's Knee Is Fine
1 year agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that quarterback Geno Smith's knee is fine coming out of the bye week. Smith had to leave the Week 4 game on Monday night against the New York Giants with a knee injury, but he eventually returned and is expected to be fine to play in Week 6 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Fantasy managers should expect to have Smith available this weekend, even if he's limited in practice starting on Wednesday. After a breakout 2022 campaign that earned him a contract extension with Seattle, Smith has been pretty mediocre through four games so far this year, averaging 16.1 fantasy points, which puts him as the QB24. The 32-year-old will be a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 for fantasy managers coming off his bye week.
