1 year agoThe Minnesota Twins have officially recalled pitcher Gabriel Moya from Triple-A Rochester after demoting pitcher Zack Littell. In Monday's loss to the Milwaukee Brewers, Littell — performing in just his second major league game of the season —struggled with his control and walked in the winning run. He was immediately optioned following the loss. In his place, the Twins have called up Moya. Moya struggled in the majors earlier in 2018 and was sent down to Rochester, but has been lights out in Triple-A. In 33 innings, the pitcher has accumulated a 1.64 ERA with 38 strikeouts. As of this moment, the Twins don't have a starter scheduled for Thursday's game with the Baltimore Orioles, so it'll be interesting to see if they give Moya a shot. That said, he is not on the fantasy radar yet.--Mo Castillo - RotoBaller
