Detroit Lions All-Pro center Frank Ragnow announced his retirement from professional football on his Instagram account on Monday. Ragnow will wrap up his NFL career after playing just seven seasons for Detroit after they selected him with the 20th overall pick in 2018 out of Arkansas. The 29-year-old offensive lineman was a Pro Bowler four times, including each of the last three seasons. Ragnow will finish his NFL career having started all 96 games that he appeared in over his seven campaigns. He started in at least 14 games for the Lions in six of his seven seasons. Now that Ragnow is officially retiring, second-round rookie offensive lineman Tate Ratledge could jump into starting center duties in 2025. Ragnow's retirement is certainly bad news for veteran quarterback Jared Goff.--Keith Hernandez
