The Atlanta Falcons are elevating kicker Parker Romo from their practice squad, and Romo will serve as the team's kicker in Week 2 against the Minnesota Vikings. Atlanta signed Romo to a practice squad deal after veteran kicker Younghoe Koo missed a potential game-tying field goal attempt in the team's Week 1 loss. Romo kicked in four games for the Vikings last season, making 11 of 12 field goal attempts and seven of eight extra-point tries.
