Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Erik Gustafsson will replace Ian Mitchell in the lineup on Friday against New Jersey. The 29-year-old officially rejoined the club on a one-year deal at the start of the week and he'll look to replicate some of his old form. Gustafsson had a wonderful 60-point campaign for Chicago in 2018-19. It's unlikely that he'll reach the same highs again, but he's a beast on the power play and will get minutes on the second unit Friday night. Kevin Lankinen will make his season debut in goal, while Adam Gaudette takes over from Ryan Carpenter on the fourth line.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
